SPHO-NJ Seeking National Show Sponsors
Dear Standardbred Friends,
We are excited to announce that SPHO-NJ will be hosting its 31st Annual National Standardbred Horse Show the weekend of September 19–21, 2025, at the Horse Park of New Jersey.
Yes, you read that right—31 years of celebrating and showcasing our favorite versatile equine breed!
Thanks to the incredible support of our community, the National Standardbred Horse Show has grown exponentially over the past decade. What started as a one-day event has expanded into a full three-day horse show featuring classes in dressage, hunter/jumper, Western, English, driving, speed/contest, and more.
To continue attracting new exhibitors and making the show accessible to everyone, we strive to keep entry fees as low as possible. With over 100 classes offered, SPHO-NJ also awards prize money to the top four placings in each class. Exhibitors travel from all over the country to attend, and we are proud to share that our show remains one of the few breed shows in the region with rising attendance—2024 marked our best turnout in 30 years!
To maintain and grow this incredible momentum, we are asking for your support of the 2025 National Standardbred Horse Show. This show has become a must-attend event for both new and seasoned Standardbred owners nationwide.
Producing a show of this caliber involves significant expenses, including rental of the Horse Park (over $20,000), dressage arenas, jumps, judges, stewards, announcers, office staff, entry software, photographers, ribbons, back numbers, and much more.
